I was super pleased with my stay! The room was really cozy, and I loved the balcony view of Porthminster beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were great, really friendly. Only bummer was the shower being a bit dodgy. a lovely place to relax!

Just came back from a great trip with friends! The views were beautiful, and we loved visiting the beach and exploring the town. Staff were super friendly, and the self-service breakfast was a highlight. Just a heads up, the hotel could use a bit of refurbishing.
Our room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, also had some spots of dust and mould which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the stunning views from my sea view room at The Bay. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the beach. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help when I had questions. The breakfast spread was quite nice, with a good selection. the lift service was a significant issue. it struggled to accommodate more than one person with luggage. My room had a musty smell, which wasn't pleasant. The bathroom needed a bit more attention to cleanliness, as I noticed some mould. The carpets in public areas felt worn and added to a dated vibe. Despite these drawbacks, I loved the ambiance and the beautiful setting of the hotel.

Stunning Views but Needs Maintenance
The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views of the bay, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable with good tea/coffee facilities, but the common areas could use some maintenance as they felt a bit outdated and neglected. Staff friendliness varied, and sometimes the service wasn't as prompt as one would hope.

Cozy, charming stay!
The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean with comfy bedding and decent breakfasts. The dining area was nice too. Only thing was, the room needed a bit of updating, but it didn’t ruin anything. Can't wait for summer!
